If your kids' profiles aren't showing up after sign-in, this clears the local "remove" filters and re-pulls every child from your account. Use only when profiles you expect to see are missing.

Save this child's whole board as one file: every tile they added, its photo, the folders, the order you set, and the tiles you hid. Keep it as a backup or move it to another device.
The file holds your child's name and their tile photos, so treat it like a photo album. Keep it somewhere private.
Moving to a different AAC app? Export an Open Board Format bundle instead. CoughDrop, CBoard and most board converters can read it.
Restore a board from a file you exported before, from this device or another one. Tiles, photos, folders, the order you set and the tiles you hid all come back. Open Board Format files (.obf, .obz) from other AAC apps can be brought in here too; each of their boards arrives as a folder in Extra.
Only restore a file you trust. The categories the file covers are replaced; everything else stays as it is.

See exactly who can read each of your child's data. For profiles you own, you can revoke a therapist's access in one click. For profiles linked to you (via a parent's code or an organization invite), you'll see who owns them.
When set, the app boots straight into this child's board every time. Great if each child has their own iPad. Leave on "No pin" if multiple kids share this device and you switch between profiles.
