VoiceBloom offers a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) to Therapy and School / District plan customers who qualify as Covered Entities or Business Associates under HIPAA. The BAA covers the limited use cases — progress sharing, AAC session activity, and IEP-note drafting — that occur when a HIPAA-covered customer uses VoiceBloom on behalf of patients.

Note: VoiceBloom is not a system of record for clinical care, electronic health records, or medical billing. Customers must maintain their primary clinical documentation in their own HIPAA-compliant EHR.

Already signed a BAA? Replacements and amendments are available on request from the same email. The executed BAA is incorporated into our Terms of Service and supplements the commitments in our Privacy Policy and Security page. Our subprocessors that handle ePHI (Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic) each operate under HIPAA-eligible BAAs.
