VoiceBloom works on every device with a web browser — iPhone, Android phone, iPad, Android tablet, Mac, Windows PC, and Chromebook. Open your browser, go to voicebloom.app, and it works.
Can I switch plans later? ⌄
Yes, any time. Upgrading takes effect immediately and you are only charged the difference. Downgrading takes effect at your next billing date. You will never lose your child's data when switching plans.
Is my child's data safe and private? ⌄
Absolutely. Your child's communication data is encrypted, stored securely, and never shared with third parties. We do not sell data. School and Clinic plans include full HIPAA compliance. You own your data and can delete it at any time.
How does the AI personalisation work? ⌄
Every time your child uses the app, VoiceBloom learns which symbols they use most, what categories they prefer, and what time of day they are most communicative. Claude AI uses this data to rearrange the board, suggest new vocabulary, and generate progress reports that are specific to your child — not generic templates.
